Friday, June 7th
12:00pm – 1:30pm: Birding Photography
Learn all about birding photography from the comfort of your home! SIGMA Ambassador Martina Abreu will go over the best ways to find and photograph birds, without disturbing their natural habitats.
In this class, Martina will explain her favorite techniques for handheld shooting, panning with birds in flight, and choosing the right gear, including the latest SIGMA telephoto zooms with the upgraded OS2 stabilization system. Join the discussion and bring your bird photography to the next level!
Bring your cameras! There will be an outdoor shoot with Martina and East Coast Falcons from 2:15pm – 3:00pm.

Join SIGMA Ambassador Martina Abreu to learn how to find and photograph wildlife and beautiful naturescapes, wherever you might wander in the great outdoors. From the forest to the seashore, birds to backyard critters. You’ll learn how to look at scenes differently, use natural light to your advantage, which gear to use, what to pack for a long day in the field, and what techniques will help you capture amazing photos of animals no matter where you explore.
Learn how to capture all things wild and free! Martina will also go over wildlife photography ethics and best practices, so your photography will have minimal impact on the environment and its inhabitants.
