Learn Sports Photography when SIGMA Takes Over at Cardinal Camera!
Join Cardinal Camera and SIGMA Tech Rep Marc Farb for an in-person seminar on Kids Sports Photography. Marc has more than 25 years of commercial experience. He can show you several different approaches to photographing your subjects. Marc will take you through getting the right focal lengths for the task at hand. In this lecture, you will go over things like shutter speed and depth of field. This workshop will be held in-store on August 20th, at 11:00 am ET.
Afterward, join Cardinal Camera and SIGMA for a lecture on Motor Sports Photography. You’ll learn all about the equipment options, setting choices, and best practices for working in a fast-paced environment. Marc will give you the tips you need to improve your images of these amazing automobiles. Meet at the store on August 20th at 1:00 pm.
Marc will also be on-site at Cardinal Camera for an in-store demo on August 19th where you will get to test and try SIGMA lenses and get the latest firmware updates.

For Marc, photography is more than just a job, or a way to earn a steady income. It’s a way of life. A lifelong photographer, Marc has taught classes all over the United States and Canada. His photography classes ranging from pixel to print, and all points in between. Before his work at SIGMA, which includes technical application support for the corporate office as well as extensive traveling for photo conventions and trade shows, Marc also worked for Xrite, Ilford, Mamiya and Sekonic. He continues to work as a professional freelance photographer, and currently resides on Long Island with his wife and two children.
