Where People Meet the Stars: From Silhouettes to Astro Portraits
Sunday, May 17 | 4:30PM MT
Sigma Ambassador Jack Fusco will explore the art of blending the celestial with the terrestrial by incorporating human subjects into astro-landscape photography.
Whether silhouetted against the Milky Way’s shimmering core or illuminated by the soft glow of a crescent moon, human figures add a compelling and relatable dimension to night sky landscapes. This session will dive into practical techniques and artistic considerations for photographers looking to evoke emotion and scale in their night compositions through the inclusion of people.
