Here, I stopped down to F7.1 and dropped to 1/15 second. I activated Optical Stabilizer, as I was three stops under the focal length reciprocal. I popped the flash to add some catchlight detail to the water motion blur. Which do you prefer, the frozen or the motion water effect?
