At Rutgers Garden, there is a small step waterfall that runs into the Raritan River. At some recent point, the stacked rocks were added by a visitor, and the effect is quite nice as the water spills atop the stack. Here, I chose a relatively fast shutter speed of 1/320 second to freeze the water with the assistance of hi-speed flash. 1/320 F2.8 ISO 100. I am crouching the next step down in the cascade.
