This image was shot wide open at 1/8 second at 70mm at ISO 800 to demonstrate the effects of the Optical Stabilizer. Were it not activated, there would be noticable camera shake. But here, you can easily see the engraved information on the front of the lens element in sharp focus. This Contemporary lens, like all Sigma lenses, is made in Japan, in our Aizu factory.
