I framed this self portrait in the reflection of the neutral density filter in front of my Sigma 18-250mm lens. I set the Rebel XTi’s pop-up flash to -⅔ for some subject fill. 1/13 f13 ISO 100 with OS activated. It’s just a little under the 1/x rule at widest focal length on this lens, but it sure helped here, as I’d had too much coffee, and was balancing on some uneven rocks, with the camera held at arm’s length to make this on-location self portrait.
